terribly sorry to disappoint you guys! luna worked the last 2 days on the issue with no succes. it seems that it just can't be done
haha! you didn't rly think it couldn't be done, ey? well it's ready to go and already running on RB with an insane multiplier of 8 (!) for instant kills in the head go there and check it out for clearly visible results. for our server i suppose we favour an a bit more moderate configuration, right? so what will it be? 1.5? hell and me just calculated that for an instant kill with drill we should set it to 1,176470588235294. or sth like that xD btw, watch out for bugs as always ;)

I ask because I wouldn't want to see Fire or Poison Arrows dealing same amount of damage as Normal Arrow + the normal effect. And if we were to scale around Drill Arrow too much, it'd bring too small differences on other Arrows. Your reasoning is excellent -- it's only your basic assumptions that are wrong.

Added (2011-07-13, 5:49 Am) --------------------------------------------- as a (not further mentioned) clan leader seems a bit too occupied/lazy to configure these headshots, i did it myself. i set the headsthot scale to 1,1 for all arrows, except drill. maybe you've already noticed it (did it dunno 2 days ago).

i interpreted this as a hint towards drill arrows. why would you need extra damage to an already 85 points shot? archer can do instant kills with double/tripple. i think the ability to penetrate shield + multiple targets should be enough. anyway, if you can skill drill arrow, you can as well go for double/tripple.
