Since I'm not fully aware of this program (never had it), I can tell you only a few things from my experiances.
1.) Deinstall that program.
2.) If you need that program for something else, there should be an icon in your lower right corner (beside the clock) of Virtual CloneDrive. Click on it with right mouse button, and as I know it, there should be an option "change filter" or something, from where you can configure those *.bin files of yours. Or just click "Shut down" Virtual CloneDrive. And since I'm but using that program, I can't really help you much than this there. But I've found a reliable forum http://forum.slysoft.com/forumdisplay.php?f=21 where you can read what other people wrote about this program - maybe there's a thread already created with your kind of problem.
